Failure to maintain in good working order equipment, systems, devices or safeguards required by the Property Maintenance Code or previous regulation or code under which the structure or premises was constructed, altered or repaired

Failure to maintain interior doors that fit reasonably well within the frame

Failure to provide, other than in dwelling units, a toilet room floor that is not a smooth, hard, nonabsorbent surface.

Failure of owner of the premises to provide and maintain code compliant fire safety facilities and equipment

Failure to maintain premises in safe and sanitary condition or in compliance with this chapter of the Property Maintenance Code

Failure to maintain bathtub, shower, lavatory, water closet or kitchen sink in a sanitary, safe working condition
