Failure to maintain interior surfaces in good, clean, and sanitary condition and good repair

Failure to maintain sidewalk, walkway, driveway, stairs or similar area in proper state of repair

Failure to maintain exterior walls free from holes, breaks, or loose or rotting materials

Owner providing, occupying, or allowing occupancy of premises not in compliance with light, ventilation or space requirements of this chapter

(engaging in business [single family rental] without a housing: residential license endorsement)

Failure to maintain duct system free of obstructions and capable of performing the required function

Failure to maintain exterior of structure in good repair, structurally sound and sanitary so as not to pose a threat to the public health, safety or welfare

Failure to maintain interior doors that are securely attached to jambs, headers or tracks as intended by the manufacturer of the attachment hardware

Failure of the owner to keep structure free from rodent infestation

Failure by owner to provide or maintain the required mechanical and electrical facilities

Failure to maintain windows, skylights, door or frame in sound condition, good repair and weather tight

Failure to maintain interior of structure and equipment therein in good repair, structurally sound and in sanitary condition

Owner furnished facilities located outside of sleeping or dwelling unit for cooking, storage or refrigeration of food are not maintained by the owner in a safe and sanitary condition and in good working order.
