What you can do

🏛️

Report ongoing issues in your building

If you live in one of these buildings, you can anonymously report what's going on and see if your neighbors are dealing with the same issues. Look up your building to get started.

Tip: be specific about the issue and how long it's been going on — it helps build a stronger record.

A volunteer can help you understand your options — whether that's filing a complaint, organizing with neighbors, or connecting with a tenant rights organization.

Violation and fine data from DC Department of Buildings open records. Fines shown are assessed amounts; DC does not publish collected amounts. "Last cited" is the date of the most recent violation recorded for each building.
